Anhydriti storages in the salt lead to clearly standing out dark particles, which disturb the appearance of the product and reduce so the marketing opportunities. So it can be sold for example no more than bright, high-quality food salt, but only than thawing salt or for the chemical industry. By using a transmitted light analysis developed by OptoSort for the salt assortment  also from the outside of the salt not recognizable inclusions are seized and the product depending upon requirement separated surely.
